This policy (“Loyalty Point Policy”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to use of Loyalty points (“Loyalty Point(s)”, “FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Point(s)”, or “Point(s)”) awarded by FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK (the “Seller” or “FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK”) and which may be earned or used by any non-commercial natural person (the “Customer”) on the website at www.Forbidden-Desire.co.uk .

By accepting or using Loyalty Points, you agree to be bound by this Loyalty Point Policy. This Loyalty Point Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). This Loyalty Point Policy may be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. However, the applicable Loyalty Points Policy will be, in any case, the one in force at the time the Client obtains the Points.

1 General.

1.1 The FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points program (”FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points Program”) under which you may earn FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points operates under this Loyalty Point Policy unless expressly stated otherwise. As a condition of your participation in the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reading and understanding the Loyalty Point Policy, FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points Program Rules, and communications from FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK (including rules/terms specific to various promotions offering Points), and FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy .

1.2 To earn FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points, you must first register with FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK and create a user account (“FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account”) You will not be eligible to participate in the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points Program if you had a FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account which was previously terminated or suspended.

1.3 FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points are earned by placing orders or using the services offered on the Site. FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points are awarded at the sole discretion of the Seller.

1.4 FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

1.5 FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points can only be redeemed toward the purchase of products on the Site.

1.6 Points may only be redeemed on the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK site from which they were originally obtained (e.g., if you earn points on FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK UK Site, those Points can only be redeemed on FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK UK Site).

1.7 Each set of FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points issued to you will have an expiration date. Please note the expiration date of your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points and use them before the expiration date.

Once the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points have expired, they cannot be redeemed or otherwise used.

2 Earning FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points.

There are several ways to earn Loyalty Points:

2.1 You may earn FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points through the following actions:

(i) By making purchases on the Site.

You may earn FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points by making qualifying purchases on the Site. Generally, you earn 1 Point for each pound (£) you spend towards the purchase of a product on the Site using the product’s listing price (inclusive of any discounts or markdowns) at the time you place your order. However, the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points will not be awarded to you until you confirm delivery of your order. If you do not confirm delivery of your order within six (6) months after the order date, FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points will not be awarded. You will not earn FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points for amounts spent on taxes, shipping fees, and other costs associated with your order

(ii) By confirming your registration.

If you confirm your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account registration by verifying your email address, you will receive up to 100 Points.

(iii) By posting a comment on the products ordered.

You can earn up to [17 Points] per item by posting a review of an item you have purchased. To be eligible for Points, your review must meet minimum text requirements and comply with FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK’s policy on use of our Services and applicable law.

Points are earned as follows:

• A review alone earns 10 Points
• A review with a photo of the product being reviewed earns 10 additional points (or 15 total Points)

• Competitions, contests and games. If you participate in competitions or games on the Site, you may be eligible to earn Points as specified in the terms and conditions of such competition or games.
• Other Events. FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK may host other promotions, events, or opportunities where you may have a chance to earn Points. Point amounts and other eligibility requirements (if any) will be set forth in the individual promotions, events, or opportunities. Check the Site regularly for such additional opportunities.

3 Duration of the Loyalty Points.

Loyalty Points are for life unlike some other companies. Why would we take what you have earned from you? They are valid until spent or until you choose to delete your account.

4 Redeeming FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points.

FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points have NO CASH VALUE and they cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or store credit. FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points are promotional discounts that can only be used to reduce the price of an eligible product offered on the Site (excluding shipping, insurance and any other taxes).

One hundred (100) Loyalty Points represent one (1) pound (GBP), which means that one hundred (100) Loyalty Points may represent more or less than one (1) pound, depending on the evolution of exchange rates and conversion (no decimals).

You can use the Points to deduct up to a maximum of 100% of the total price of your order (excluding shipping insurance, taxes and other costs and discounts including any discounts resulting from the redemption of any coupons).

Points will be deducted from your Points balance until it reaches 0.

Some additional rules:

• (i) When you redeem your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points, the Points that will expire soonest will be used first.
• (ii) Points may not be exchanged, transferred or converted to and from another loyalty program.
• (iii) Any benefits associated with FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points are personal to you and cannot be assigned, conveyed, traded, bartered, willed, or otherwise transferred to anyone, except as may be authorized by FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK, at its sole discretion. Any assignment, conveyance or other transfer of Points in violation of this Loyalty Point Policy may, at FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK’s discretion, result in: (i) the cancellation of the affected Points; and/or (ii) the termination of your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account.

5 About viewing FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK points.

FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points are viewable by logging into your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account, and clicking the “My Rewards” section under the “My Account Dashboard” section of your User Account. This will display your current FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points balance.

You can only view the points balance for the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK site for which you have currently logged in. If you have any questions regarding your Points, please contact our there is a question form at the bottom of your account page.

6 Point Adjustments.

FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK has the right to correct any errors and make any adjustments, for any reason and at any time and, with or without notice, including if any Points have been: (i) erroneously or fraudulently earned or credited to your User Account; or (ii) earned at an incorrect rate.

FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK may also refuse to allow you to redeem Points, reverse any transaction involving a redemption of Points, or deduct additional Points from your User Account where an error in the Points required for the redemption existed at the time of the redemption.

Please note that these rights may be exercised regardless of whether the error occurred through an act or omission by FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK or any of its affiliates.

7 Cancellation, Returns and Refunds.

If an unpaid order is cancelled, any Points applied to your unpaid purchase will be credited back to your Points balance within your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account.

Upon a validly processed return (use of the right of withdrawal or non-conformity), your Point balance will be credited for any Points used to reduce the purchase price at the time of the order. If it is a partial return, Points will be returned on a relative basis.

The Points obtained from the order whose cancellation or return is validated will be deducted from the Points balance.

8 Termination.

Subject to the applicable law, FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK reserves the right to terminate the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points Program at any time for any and for any reason, upon reasonable notice to you.

In the event of termination of the Client Account, the Points obtained will be deleted and the Client will no longer be able to use them. The same will apply if the termination is due to a breach of this Loyalty Points Policy, the T&Cs or any other FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK terms and conditions.

• How do I earn FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points? It is necessary to be logged in to your Customer Account. For each purchase of Products on the Site, the Customer can earn Points. Each (£) pound GBP spent will give rise to one (1) Loyalty Point. Loyalty Points will not appear in the FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account at this stage until the purchase has been confirmed.
• How are FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points awarded to me for my purchases? Loyalty Points will only be earned once the purchase of Products has been validated, in accordance with article 4 of the T&Cs If you do not confirm delivery, Points will not be awarded.
• Do my FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points expire? No. FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK Points don’t expire, unless otherwise stated. If you do not use your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK they will just sit there gathering dust until used.
• Can I use Points earned from the Site on other FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK affiliated sites? No. the Points are independent and specific to each FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK site. Points earned on the Site can only be used on the Site where they were earned.
• How do I see my Points balance? Your Points balance is available in your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account. To view your balance, login to your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK account and check out “My Rewards” under the “account dashboard” section of your FORBIDDEN-DESIRE.CO.UK User Account.
