We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your items, please let us know as soon as you are able and we will do our very best to help you.

Our returns policy only covers you for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Once this time has lapsed we are unable to assist with a refund. (If the item is being purchase as a gift and will not be opened upon arrival then please let us know during your purchase and we will happily extend your 30 days provided a date has been established)

Unfortunately, as each Resin restraint has been made especially for you, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizes. That’s why we take extra care making sure sizes have been double checked before purchase.

If you have received the items and they are not the quality you expected then we are more than happy to help. We will require photographs of the issues before moving onto the next step. Please remember that our exclusive resin products are hand made and may have slight colour variations in respect to the product image, they may also have slight blemishes and imperfections.

As part of our health and safety as well as a concern for our customers wellbeing, our resin products are made to be strong, but brittle. They are designed to be smashed in the event of an emergency. Therefore, they should be handled with care and if dropped can chip if they land on a hard surface. Therefore, we do not accept returns for damaged goods unless they have arrived to you in such a way. In this case we will certainly replace the product and deal solely with the shipping company.

Due to the sexual nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or worn. In the event it is clear that items have returned to us used, we will refuse to carry out any further investigations and the refund/replacement will be denied. We will not handle them. The parcel will be sealed back up ready to be sent back to the customer. The customer will be instructed to arrange shipping and will have 10 days do so. Once the 10 days is elapsed the items will be destroyed. Please understand this is for the safety and wellbeing of our staff.

We will of course do our best to help you at every stage, but in order for us to accomplish this we require communication.
