All products sold on the site have been tested for structural integrity and quality, however we cannot guarantee they will not break under excessive pressure or misuse. By making a purchase you agree to test any locking mechanism and replace or re-order any component before any form of damage or deterioration causes the product to fail and understand you must immediately discontinue use until the product has been properly repaired. By making a purchase, you agree to always use the items safely and agree to ensure you have taken stock of your surroundings and have an effective “escape plan”. You agree to not only test the product functionality but to also test your ability to remove any/all equipment in the event of an emergency. You agree that your health and the health of any other participating party is adequate enough to use the equipment, if you are unsure of this you must consult your doctor. You agree that unless otherwise stated no product purchased from this site is intended to support body weight either in part or its entirety, nor is it to be used in conjuncture with another products.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. (In this instance a full refund will be issued should you not wish to pay any extra to what you were expecting to pay)

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same shipping or billing address. 7. REFUND POLICY

Before purchasing products from www.forbidden-desire.co.uk and or Arc-TechEngineering.co.uk you agree to the following:

We will always do our best to accommodate you, unfortunately if incorrect sizes are selected when purchasing wood-based products such as our BDSM range we cannot issue a refunded once the machining process has started. They are made to order and once the machines are running the sizes cannot be changed. That being said, our website comes with a size guide that is accessible on each applicable product page. We will always do our best (but cannot guarantee) to contact you before machining double check sizes. You can also contact us at any time to discuss sizes prior to purchase so we hope this is never an issue we have to encounter.

In the event the sizes are incorrect due to an internal error (our fault) we will, of course, refund or replace immediately at no cost to the customer. We issue no refunds for damage due to improper use of the products as highlighted in section 4 “Products and Product use”

In the event the product has been damaged during shipping i.e., upon arrival, this will fall to the responsibility of said shipping company. We will however help (if contacted) in any way we can to get the matter resolved. When possible, our products are shipped using EVRI if you are UK based and DHL for international shipping.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
